"If the DB file's path or filename contains
some extended characters or east-asian characters
(Chinese/Japanese/Korean etc.), the connection to the
db cannot be initialized."
Sean Leyne answered to bug report:
"As to your specific problem; there are no plans for this case
to be fixed for the v2.0 release.
There is a simple workaround, which is available -- don't use
MBCS characters in the database name or folder. It is not
the best answer, but it does work."
