Firebird Worldwide Conference - changes

I have had to adjust the USD cost upwards I'm afraid, because of
the continuing slippage of the $ against the euro. So Conference
prices are:

Early Bird: €399.00 (Euros), $479.00 (USD), £279.00 (UKP) until 30th Sept 2005

Normal: €500.00 (Euros), $600.00 (USD), £335.00 (UKP) after 30th Sept 2005.
